Return Policy (International)

Returns accepted for damaged or defective items only. Each product is handcrafted and carefully inspected before dispatch to ensure it reaches you in perfect condition. Many of our items are made in limited batches, which makes returns difficult to process.

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos or a video. We will be happy to assist you.

Replacement Policy (International)

Since our products are handcrafted using traditional methods, slight variations, minor marks, or natural discoloration are part of their natural charm. These characteristics are normal and not eligible for exchange.

Exchanges are only possible if your item arrives damaged. To help us assist you quickly, please share an unboxing video with us within 48 hours of delivery.

Refund Policy 

Eligibility 

  • Refunds are applicable for items that meet the return criteria and pass our internal quality check. 

  • Refunds will be credited to the original mode of payment only. 
     

Timeline 

  • Refunds will be credited within 5–7 business days to the original payment method after receiving and verifying the returned product. 

  • Depending on your bank or payment provider, the credit may take additional time to reflect in your account. 
     

Shipping Guidelines for Returns/Replacements 

  • Always use a trackable courier service when returning items. 

  • Items returned without prior approval or beyond the return window may not be accepted.
